Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited was established since 4 May 1995 as a developer of Pinthong Industrial Estate (PIN). Throughout the 2 decades of cooperation with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), we have constantly expanded our estates to cover strategic areas where the government focuses on developing infrastructure such as Chonburi and Rayong which are both part of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) and attractive to local and international investors.

    Pinthong Industrial Park Co., Ltd. was founded. Pinthong Industrial Estate 1 was built on an area of 207 rai at Chonburi in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.

    The Pinthong Land project was initiated for the logistics industry on an area of 200 rai

    • Pinthong Industrial Estate 4 was built at Chonburi on an area of 650 rai
    • Pinthong Industrial Estate 5 was built at Chonburi on an area of 1,500 rai
    • Founded "Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund" (PPF) with a project worth of approximately 2,600 million baht. The Fund invested in land ownership and 90 factories that totaled an area of 140,000 square meters
